Who we are
Dil Se Invite is a digital invitation studio in India. We design invitation websites, video invitations and invitation cards. For anything about your data, write to dilseinviteofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93416 54320.
What we collect
- When you enquire — on our website form or on WhatsApp — your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, and the details of your celebration (occasion, dates, names, style, message).
- WhatsApp messages you send to our business number. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta so that each enquiry reaches our team and nothing gets missed. If you reach us from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta tells us which ad it was.
- What you give us to make your invitation — names, event dates and venues, photos, family details and anything else you ask us to show.
- RSVPs — when a guest replies on an invitation website: their name, phone number if they add it, whether they are coming, the number of guests and any message.
- Payments — the amount and date of what you pay us and how (UPI, bank transfer, cash). We never see or store card or bank passwords.
- How our website is used — pages opened, the device type and where visitors came from, counted with a random number instead of your name. Our main website (not the invitation websites) also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies to measure visits and our ads. When you send an enquiry, tap WhatsApp or pay us, we also tell Meta about it from our own server (the Meta Conversions API) so we can measure our ads — your phone number, email, name and city are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your quote, design and deliver your invitation, show RSVPs to the family who invited the guests, send bills and payment receipts, follow up about your order, and improve our website and ads. We message you on WhatsApp only about your enquiry or order, or occasional greetings and offers you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Dil Se Invite team members who work on your enquiry or order. An invitation website shows what the family asked us to put on it, and its RSVPs are shared only with that family. We use trusted service providers to run our work — Hostinger (website hosting), Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Analytics) — who handle data under their own privacy terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Invitation websites are archived after the event. Detailed website-visit data is deleted after about 13 months. Enquiries, orders and bills are kept as business records for as long as the law requires, then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to take down an invitation website, or to stop messages from us. Guests who replied to an invitation can ask the family or us to remove their RSVP.
Deleting your data
Send an email to dilseinviteofficial@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +91 93416 54320 with your name and phone number and write “Delete my data”. We confirm and delete it within 30 days, except the details we must keep by law (such as bills).
Keeping it safe
Our website and invitation websites use HTTPS. Only our team can log in to the studio, passwords are stored in a scrambled form, and each person sees only what their work needs.
Children
Our services are for adults planning a celebration. Invitations for a child’s birthday or ceremony are made at the request of their parents.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
