Safed Rann · White Desert of Kutch
A full-moon Gujarati wedding on the White Rann of Kutch. Guests drag the moon up from behind a mirror-work bhunga — dusk turns to night and moonlight sweeps across the salt — then open the carved door and step inside. The date hides under white salt, events glow in lippan niches with Kutchi embroidered badges, a decorated camel walks in and kneels, and replies ride away on a camel in an embroidered potli.
- Opening: raise the full moon, then open the bhunga's door
- Salt scratch card · Gujarati kankotri lines
- Mirror-work frames, lippan niches, Ajrakh & Rogan art
